Distance Sales Agreement

2.1 Who's involved

Seller: Demo Stüdyo Yöneticisi, trading as Stüdyon Sende, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain, NIF 1234567890, based in Gràcia, Barcelona, Spain. Email: info@studyonsende.com. Phone: +90 212 555 09 78.

Buyer: you, ordering a membership package via studyonsende.com.

By placing an order and sending payment, you accept this Agreement and the Pre-Contract Information provided beforehand (section 3).

2.2 What you're buying

A monthly, 3-month, or 6-month membership package, giving access to the live and recorded classes described on the site.

2.3 Payment

There's no online checkout on our site. To place an order, click "Buy" on the package you want; we'll send you our IBAN details. Pay by bank transfer and text or email us your payment receipt (proof of payment) — we need this to confirm your order. We may add other payment methods in future. If a payment is incomplete, incorrect, or can't be matched to your order, we may pause your membership and let you know.

2.4 When access starts

Access opens once we've received and confirmed your payment (based on the receipt you send us), by granting electronic access to that period's class schedule. As this is a digital service delivered electronically, there's no physical delivery.

2.5 Our commitments

We'll deliver the service as described in this Agreement and the Pre-Contract Information. If something outside our control (e.g. a Zoom outage) makes a class impossible to run, we'll let you know within a reasonable time and either reschedule the affected classes or extend your access.

2.6 Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from this Agreement for any reason, without penalty, within 14 days of placing your order (the day you send us your payment). Just send us a written notice (email) within that period — no particular form is required.

If we've already started delivering your service by the time you withdraw (with your prior consent — see 2.7), we'll refund everything except the portion already used. The remainder is refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, with no deductions, to the account you paid from.

2.7 When the withdrawal right ends early

If, when placing your order, you told us you wanted access to start before the 14-day period ends, and we've fully delivered your package (i.e. you were given full access to that period's schedule), your right to withdraw ends once delivery is complete. If delivery had only partially happened when you withdraw, you'll only be charged for the part actually delivered; the rest is refunded under 2.6. See section 6.4–6.5 for how this applies to each package.

2.8 How to withdraw

Email info@studyonsende.com stating clearly that you wish to withdraw, along with your name, order date, and (if relevant) your address. Include: A statement that you are withdrawing from the service agreement

Order date / date service started

Your full name

Your address (if applicable) and the date

2.9 If you break these terms

If you don't pay, or seriously breach these Terms or our Terms of Use, we may suspend or end your membership. Any unused, already-paid-for portion is refunded following the method in section 2.6.

2.10 Force majeure

Neither of us is responsible for a failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, terrorism, government decisions, power or internet outages, telecom failures, cyberattacks, hosting/data-centre outages, or Zoom or similar third-party platform failures. We'll try, where possible, to reschedule affected classes or reasonably extend your membership.

Force majeure events do not automatically entitle either party to compensation beyond the remedies expressly described in this Agreement.

2.11 Your data

See section 4 (Privacy Policy) for how we handle personal data collected under this Agreement.

2.12 Disputes

The mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence always apply. For Turkey-resident consumers: Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, per the thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade. For Spain/EU-resident consumers: the relevant Spanish/EU consumer dispute bodies and courts, and the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

2.13 Effective date

This Agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email, after receiving your payment; a copy is emailed to you along with the Pre-Contract Information. In force from 29 July 2026.
